Well I don't know about the lyrice.. I haven't researched that, never heard of it actually... But what I can say is that you should drink 8 ounces of water before working out. That way if you're already low on water that morning, working out won't send your body into hyper mode to store what water you do drink later in the day. Also if you sweat when working out it won't hurt to drink water while doing the workout. I should also add that to get the most of your workout and for the most bens on your heart you should keep your heart rate at 85% (you can google this chart) of the target heartrate for a cardio workout. Your machine may have one built in.. But after you find the chart and use your age and weight to find that rate, you can check your pulse for 30 or 1 minute I forget which (the machines I use have it built in) seconds counting the beats, that's the heart rate. You'll know if you need to work harder or slow it down a bit.. This builds your heart muscle and gives you the max bens. Sweating means you're burning calories which is good for weight loss, and the heart rate is great for the heart.. :P Hope all that made sense. I haven't really lost any weight since starting my work outs, even though my sister thinks I look like I have.. But I can say that my mood, my energy level, and my attitude have gotten 100 times better. I just feel better.

That is a good idea. I will have to keep that in mind. I hurt so bad this morning. I know I am complaining. I know you know where I am coming from. My pain specialist appointment is September 8 I can make it until then I will be ok.
