Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) Depressionsuffering from depression and low self esteem &type 1 diabetes on insulin pump uncontrollable high blood sugars no friends only support is wife and daughter and a few family members well there is one friend nothing elses can not afford counseling or doctors and can not find support group in my area but really do not know where to look either so what else could go wrong everything right
Treatments
- Paxil Working / Worked
- just changed from wellbutrin have upped my dose twice
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- found a new counselor who is very good the only bad thing is she can read my mind more than my wife scary but it is working
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- tried the high dose slept a lot could sleep through the end of the earth now lower dose working ok
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- worked for several years going downhill now trying paxil
Close Diabetes Type 1
type 1 diabetic for 7 or so years always have used insulin to control have been on insulin pump for 4 or so years trying to find a way to get minimeds new pump system for a cheap price also trying to find research studies

- having lots of problems with hi blood sugars but would not give up pump

can not do anything except work then sit at home bored to death
