Things I try for pain in case you wanna try or have not tried: Warm bath, classical music, meditation (works GREAT), Crown Royal & Sprite:), marijuana, yoga stretches. Try & have a good evening. hi Mari, thankyou for your lovely thoughts and kind words, yes i have been in a badway of late, i spent today/night at the hospital having a nasty procedure done on my naughty hand. my specialist tried putting a needle into my hand and filled it with anesthetic and quaterzone in the hope of calming it down before they fit my spinal stimulator 28th april. unfortunately it hurt so much i woke up during the operation, i have never seen doctors move so quick!!! after the procedure was done i went back to recovery where a nurse picked my hand up to do obs, i screamed and she dropped it, i screamed louder, doc ran in and said do not touch her hand, treat it as if every bone is fractured (at least thats what i thought i heard. well i am at home now and the anesthetic is wearing off, my hand is really starting to play up so i might go take meds now and try get some sleep. how are you doing? i certainly hope you are being looked after, pain, lovely thing isnt it. thanks again for all of the beautiful emais Cha :^) xoxoxox
