About Me:
I'm a music teacher / instructor / musician / vocalist & also a beauty consultant. Still recovering from a terrible car accident from 1/07, another driver hit me, and having ongoing pain. Huband filed for divorce after I was in the 2nd car accident (now divorced), got sick w./ thyroid, I couldn't travel w./ him & more. Can't go into it here... Too long. Still looking at the positives even though my life has been extremely challenging after the last car accident as it would be for others. I've met many incredible people and am learning new things. Love and care about others, including animals and also enjoy nature. Felt that I needed more support and came across this website. It looked like a good place so I decided to join.

 Chronic Pain
Was in 2 car accidents hit by others.1,over 2 yrs. Last on 1/9/07.Was almost killed. Have spine injury/discs, anxiety,fibromyalgia. Car was totaled, husband filed for divorce, couldn't go scuba diving with him. In pain daily from back of head-middle of spine over - L.side of body thru shoulder-L. arm. Tired of pain.Was doing accupunture w/electrical stim. Went back to pt w/moist heat, electrical stim, traction. Have disability benefits that I'm entitled to. Have not seen them. Tired of pain.

Percocet was prescribed after the accident and helped with the intensity of pain. Drs. would not continue to prescribe since they said it could be addictive. Other things were recommended for pain.
