Today my Brother in Law became a US Citizen...
God Bless America
The ceremony was very moving... Until our president came on the screen to make a speech. I could have lived without that. But as they were sworn in my sister and I both got teary-eyed and I could feel goosebumps all over my body. It was a great experience.
There were almost 1200 people from 86 countries being sworn in today. There was even someone from Ghana and from Lithuania! I cheered for them as well as for KENYA!
After the ceremony we went and had lunch at Harry Singhs... That was fucking great! The food was spicy and flavorful...
I'd love to get more indepth, but I'm going to do a few things before I leave work for the day.

My husband has gone to Ghana now, I do feel quite sad yet I am looking forward to the future of what taking this job …
Weight 193#. Hmmmmmmm.......coulda sworn I put fresh …
I got a bit teary-eyed too... Until the old guy started going off on how America is so diverse, but you have to speak English... *sigh*
I love you Wesley, and I'm so glad I got to experience that with you and your family. It was a beautiful day, and a wonderful experience that I never thought I'd get to experience. Thank you, and I love you!
