sorry about confusion i have just joined infidel group and not up to date,i am yet to divorce 6 months more separation first,my ex broke my heart and started a spiral of depression like no other,i am recovering with the occasional downer.

Close Breakups & Divorce
Separated since September 15, 2007, divorce final February 29, 2008. He's living with his old high school girlfriend and her daughter now.

- He was just going through the motions, he'd already started his affair before we ever went to our first counseling session. Maybe if we'd gone sooner ... but who knows for sure.

- My cat is sometimes all that keeps me going. He loves me unconditionally, and stays by my side constantly. I think he somehow knows that I need him even more right now.

- Haven't gone for a while, my counselor just RETIRED. I really don't want to start all over again with a new one. :-(

I'm 51, have been having perimenopausal symptoms for about 10 years. My mother and other women in my family all had hysterectomies, so I have no female relatives who've had a natural menopause.

- Extra strength version worked on mood swings & irritability, but I broke out in a rash and had to stop taking it.

Type: Iron Deficiency AnemiaI've been told that I'm "anemic" most of my life, whenever I've had routine blood tests. My current doctor has me taking prescription iron pills, and I'm still anemic, so I'm looking to find out what other things I can do about this.
Treatments
- Iron Somewhat Helpful
- I'm on my 4th month of prescription iron, and it's helped marginally, but not nearly as much as I'd hoped.
