Today has gone on wayy too long.

&& it's not gonna get any better.

Making cakes later on though in memory of one of my friends [Ben Hitchcock] who was murdered last year to raise awareness about 'gang' crime. Gangs don't really bother me though....

Anyway my photography final peice is getting harder, I want to do romantic photos with umbrellas... But that sounds a bit stupid. Need a better way to word it, any suggestions?

I'm back on tablets for my panic attacks and weight problems again, they are defintly not going to work. I promise. Yeahh I guess my negative attitude won't help either.

I need the toilet...

Found another way to self harm, that's alot less noticable. I only have my ears peirced once, so in theory should only wear two earrings, but I discovered if I put more then one earring in the same hole it calms me down. It creates a sudden rush of adrenalin aswell, even though it makes my ear red it is a constant nagging, a bit like it was after I cut myself...
