Close Premature Birth
I was diagnosed with Toxemia and HELLP syndrome at 24 weeks. Bella was born on December 19, 2002. She weighed 1 lb. 3 1/2 oz and was 11 inches long. She was in the NICU for five months. She has ROP, PKU, texture aversion and developmental delays. But she is wonderful and my little miracle!
Treatments
- Speech Therapy Working / Worked
- It is slow, not a whole lot of progress
Close Phenylketonuria (PKU)
My daughter Bella was born at 24 weeks. 1 lb. 3 1/2 oz. Two weeks later they diagnosed her with PKU. The geneticist said "compared to what you are going thru, this is nothing". HA!
Open Diets & Weight Maintenance
I have approximately 35-40 pounds I want to lose. For some reason I cannot seem to give up soda for very long. Since I cannot give that up, I don't try to change anything else. I want to figure out why!
