DID WELL YESTERDAY BUT WAS ACTUALLY LOW ON CALORIES WHEN ALL SAID AND DONE, ABOUT 1150 WHICH I NEED AT LEAST 1400 - PROBABLY MORE SINCE I WALKED YESTERDAY.

FOR DINNER I MADE THESE TURKEY THINGS WRAPED WITH BACON ON THE GRILL, PREMADE AT ALDI FREEZER SECTION Laughing, THEY WERE 220 CAL BUT I TOOK OFF THE BACON AND HAD SOME ZUCCHINI AND GREEN BEENS.

JUST TOOK JIMMY TO KARATE YESTERDAY AND AFTER WE GOT HOME WE ALL WENT FOR A RIDE TO JIM'S FRIEND'S HOUSE IN HIS 72 OLDSMOBILE CUTLASS.  TONIGHT HE IS TAKING IT TO A CRUISE NIGHT SO TODAY HE'S GETTING IT ALL SHINNED UP Laughing.

JUST HUNG OUT LAST NIGHT, WATCHED A LITTLE TV, GOT CLEANED UP AND HIT THE SACK (WAS ABLE TO GET SOME ALONE TIME IN W/THE HUBBY  Kiss).  - THAT IS ALWAYS NICE.

BOSS CAN'T WALK TODAY SO WILL DO MY 5K PLAN AFTER WORK.  STILL HAVE TOMORROW AND THE WEEKEND TO GET IT IN THE OTHER DAYS.

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT DAY!

KATHY

P.S. TODAY I'VE HAD A BREAKFAST SANDWICH (260), FOR LUNCH I PICKED UP PORTILLO'S WITH BOSS AND SHOP GUY SO I HAD A GRILLED CHICKEN ON BUN W/LETTUCE AND TOMATO ONLY W/BBQ SAUCE AND I HAD LIGHT RANCH HERE AT WORK.  (I'D SAY AROUND 500 CAL OR LESS TO BE SAFE).  HAD A CHEESE STICK (80) AND THE REST OF THE CALS I WILL SAVE TOWARDS DINNER.  NOT SURE WHAT'S FOR DINNER BUT I'M NOT COOKIN TONIGHT!  HAVE TO GET MY RUN IN, SHOWER AND LEAVE FOR THE CAR CRUISE NIGHT.  I STILL HAVE TO GROCERY SHOP AND CLEAN MY HOUSE, - I WILL HAVE TO GET THAT IN OVER THE WEEKEND!  - JUST NO TIME Sealed.

HAVE A GREAT EVENING EVERYONE AND THANKS SOOO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

hehe gotta love the alone time! ;)

I agree that with walking you need more calories. But now you know to keep an eye on it to make sure its enough with the exercise. Have fun with your boss or doing the 5k plan! hugs!

I agree with everyone else, just make sure that you watch your calories the days you are working out. You could be doing more harm than good. All in all it sounds like you are doing fantastic, very inspring! Keep it up!

I really think making sure you get enough calories is smart...food is fuel and gives you the energy to really push yourself! Glad you got some alone time with the hubby!!! I certainly understand how important it is, I only see mine on the weekends right now! You are doing a great job!
