It was a kids BB gun so it was "plastic" light weight pellets so don't worry. No a real bb gun. Jim took his friend to Rush Hospital for DR checkup (he just got his two knees replaced). So when I got home and they were hanging out watch "guy" movies I decided to go ahead and do my run on the bike trail. So lets see 9 miles plus the 2 on the treadmill earlier in the week plus 3 more today = 14 this week! I plan on going tomorrow also so I'm glad that I'm back on track and feeling great! Thanks to all of you! Just wanted to do a quick post since I had time at home and will catch up with everyone probably tomorrow night after Jim leaves for work and Jimmy is sleeping. Don't like to take time away from them...
I made a frozen pizza for Jim and Thom so I took a 60 cal pita and pizza sauce, along w/mozz. cheese and pepperoni slices to make a pizza for myself, pretty good but next time I have to remind myself not to eat something like that before I run cuz I wasn't feeling the best on the trail. Thank goodness I made it around before something bad happened! hee hee. Have a great weekend! Kathy
