    SO TODAY IS SUNDAY AND I FEEL GREAT. LAST NIGHT I STAYED UP TILL 1AM JUST DOING STUFF AROUND THE HOUSE AND ON THE COMPUTER, TRYING TO GET ON MORE AT HOME TO CATCH UP WITH EVERONE A LITTLE MORE. YOU GUYS HAVE ALL BEEN SO SUPPORTIVE AND I REALLY APPRECIATE IT ESPECIALLY BEING BACK ON TRACK AGAIN, DAY 7 :) DID MY WORKOUT ON SATURDAY BUT WE WAITED TILL JIM GOT UP AND WE ALL WENT TODAY. JIM AND I JUST DID THE TREADMILL AND I RAN 2.5 OUT OF 3.5 MILES ON THE TREADMILL, I WAS ON THE TREADMILL FOR A TOTAL OF 45 MIN AND BURNED ABOUT 260 CALORIES. USUALLY I RUN AT 4.6 SPEED, FEEL MOST COMFORTABLE BUT DID 5.0 AND UP AND AT THE END WHEN I WAS PUSHING MYSELF TO GET DONE IN 45 MIN SINCE JIM WAS READY TO GO I WAS UP TO 8 SPEED AND FELT LIKE I WAS ON THE BIGGEST LOSER BUT W/O JILLIAN ON MY SIDE YELLING AND SCREAMING AT ME, I DID IT ON MY OWN :) SO TODAY I HAD CEREAL AND STRAWBERRIES FOR BREAKFAST, FOR LUNCH I MADE PORKLOIN ON THE GRILL, WE HAD SOME VEGGIE RICE (LIPTON) AND FOR SNACKS I HAD AN APPLE, GRAPES, A FEW BITES OF CHICKEN SALAD THAT I MADE FOR THE WEEK FOR JIM AND I, CUT UP SOME VEGGIES AND KINDA GOT THING PREPARED FOR THE WEEK, JIM IS ON MIDNIGHTS TILL THURSDAY MORNING SO I HAVE ALL WEEK TO GET MY HOUSE CHORES DONE, AND TAKE CARE OF MYSELF AND TRY TO LOSE THOSE LAST 2 LBS BY FRIDAY SINCE THAT IS OUR SYBARIS NIGHT - I'M SO EXCITED AND I KNOW I CAN DO IT. JIMMY AND I ARE GETTING READY TO WATCH EXTREME MAKEOVER, HOME EDITION! WE LOVE THAT SHOW, AND WATCH IT TOGETHER. HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A GREAT SUNDAY AND WILL TALK TO YOU ON MONDAY. STAY POSITIVE, STRONG, DETERMINED! AND OF COURSE BE HAPPY! WE ARE GETTING HEALTHIER EVERY DAY! KATHY

    Dang girl!! That sounds like one intense workout!! I SO understand the whole sprinting your ass off at the end of a run thing, imagining someone yelling at you or sometimes I think about finishing an actual race with the people by the finish line cheering... :)
    Your food looks so tasty!! You eat so well and yet keep your calories low- what a great accomplishment! No plastic tasting diet food for you! :)

    Hey! I can picture you cranking on that 8mph level with Jillian pushing you! LOL! Great job girl!! Even more imoressive than Biggest Loser cause you are pushing yourself and not on TV!! Our prize will be reaching our goals and a healthier life! I watched Exteme Makeover, loved it! We used to live in AZ and I love the Southwest style homes, it was gorgeous! You are on fire with motivation, stay strong, you can do it!!!
