My best friend's nephew died on the night of our play, and she couldn't be in the performance. It was the 3rd time I've ever seen her cry. It was really unnerving. She was on her knees for 45 min just bawling her eyes out.
Just an hour before the play started, her 2 year old nephew was hit by a car. I felt horrible because this strong girl completely broke down, and I couldn't help her at all.
My parents may declare bankruptcy (AGAIN!!!) and I'm really stressed right now.

all you can do for your friend is listen to her and be there for her. Sometimes not saying anything is the best treatment. Just let her know that you are there...She may not want to be alone...I will be praying for you guys...It's so sad to hear...I am here for you if you need to talk...
