About Me
I caretake for the young and the old. I am somewhat of a loner when it comes to keeping relationships with the people I know. I think I will enjoy chating online though. I am a co-dependent and love taking care of people. Maybe it because I've done it all my life and thats all I know. I use to have a lot of hobbies but my desire for them have left me. I am a gambler and would like to seriously stop this painful addiction.

Close Gambling Addiction & Recovery
My story is simple. I love to gamble and I must love to lose because when I win I gamble until I lose it all back. I need to stop and I need help. I am going to see if this site helps me out of this hell I put myself through.
Close Codependency
I have been a co-dependent for so long. I think I was born that way. I love to help others and I have made my family so dependent on me that now after all these years I wish I could just dissapear from them. They are driving me crazy. Daily Strength is helping me with my gambling addiction so I thought I would join this community to address my other issue of Codependency.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- This worked well. My Psychiatrist retired and I have one now but I don't feel like I can benefit from him as well as I did her. I don't want to start over again.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- This helps me for my anxiety and drepression.
- Support Groups Working / Worked
- So far I am feeling this is the best way to go. I can be hear when I need to and writing in the daily journel helps get things off my mind.
