An older dog would be best. One that is out of puppy phase. If she has to deal with a puppy, that would be overwhelming.

Unless she trains it herself, it will be hard to get one. There just are not enough trained to meet the demand. I don't know what to do for anyone who wants one. It will really take having Carrot up and running to be able to meet any demands for one.
