Oh, the heat today was again just awful, 102 degree's but with the head index 110.
Hubby gotten heat exhaustion yesterday at work, and he almost gotten killed or seriously hurt there too. Scared me to death, when he called and told me! An rotten platform collapsed behind him. Hubby heard an cracking sound and moved, the platform came within a few inches of missing my hubby. If hubby had not moved the platform would of fell on top of him trapping him between a trailer like and pancake. Thank the Lord for watching over him, it just was not his time to go. With his heat exhaustion he stayed home today and sleep, he was soo drain and tried.
I sign my papers to quit the YMCA today, with the gas prices the Y is to far away. I have thought about Curves and there is one within a mile from me. I'm going to check it out and see what they can offer me...
Also going to change all my Doctor's to those closer to my house within 5 miles, Gee! wish me luck. Around here Doctor's do not take on new patients very often.
May all have a good day tomorrow, its suppose to be hot again in the three digits and gee whiz when it gets that hot you can barely breathe. As my MOM use to say; "its so hot outside you can cut it with a knife." Good Night!

You be ever to careful with this terrible heat that you are having. So glad that hubby is ok and that platform missed him. I think many people are having heat exhaustion. Most dangerous. Hopefully you can change doctors ok so you will not have to drive so far. Take Care Hugs and prayers Gloria
