I am so sorry for everything you are going through! I had a similar situation a few months ago. I have the number of a really good dentist in the area who will give you lots of anxiety relieving medication if you want it. Hope you feel better really soon.

im very sorry to hear about your doctor. i had trouble with my frist doctor and now i have a new doctor who is so much better. dont give up on your dreams because of one person who didnt listen. im very sorry you have been through all this....i have been there three times.
