Artificial Insemination (Not Working) 3 IUI's All failed. All on Follistim, Progesterone, and HCG trigger.
Basal Thermometer (Working / Worked) Shows annovulation w/out help of fertility drugs
Clomid (Not Working) 12 full rounds of Clomid from 50 mgs to 150 mgs, not at all sucessful.
Femara (Not Working) Didn't ovulate
Follistim (Working / Worked) I got pregnant with timed BD and Follistim!
Ganirelex (Working / Worked) PREGNANT!
hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) (Working / Worked) PREGNANT!
HSG (Hysterosalpingography) (Somewhat Helpful) Have had 3 all w/different results.
Hysteroscopy (Working / Worked) Just had a hysteroscopy on 2/12/08 pregnant April 8
Metformin (Working / Worked) Lowered my sugar

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)

Hi, I am new here and just wanted to introduce myself before "jumping in" My name is Sue, my hubby is Jake. I am 32 and was diagnosed w/PCOS after our first miscarriage 8 years ago. We will be pursuing our 3rd IUI in August after a 2 year "vacation" from all things ttc.
Treatments
Clomid (Somewhat Helpful) tried 50 mgs, 100 mgs, and 150 mgs. For a total of 18 cycles. I ovulated sometimes, but not on others. D
Femara (Not Working)
hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) (Working / Worked) IM PREGNANT!
Metformin (Working / Worked) I am on 2000 mgs a day
Oral Contraceptives (Working / Worked) I would always ovulate on my own the first cycle after being on BC. Currently am on the Nuva Ring until our break is over.
Follistim with Ganirelix (Working / Worked) PREGNANT!

Miscarriage

On April 8th I took a home test and it was +! We were shocked since we had been trying for 10 years. I was using Follistim, Ganirelix, and Ovidrel for many of those and it finally worked! On April 9th the doctor confirmed my pregnancy with a beta of 80. On April 14th they called to tell me my repeat blood work only rose to 101, and my progesterone had fallen to 25. Now I am waiting to begin miscarrying.
