I am not having such a great day. I lost a friend of mine last week,and he has been on my mind lately. He had a massive heart attack. You just can't take life for granted. You never know when your number is picked. I haven't heard from any of my friends from dailystrength. I am starting to wonder if I really have any. Well that's all for now
