We are doing good.........Man it will be 8 months soon since she has been born......
Wow what a life style change. We all are adjusting......We had my brother and family up this last weekend.....It was great but it put a huge change in our routine.....She still trying to get back .....she been kind of crappy......I think she also teething again she got two but two more on the bottom are trying to push up. Other wise we are growing like a weed.
Work is hard when I rather be at home with her
We have to finish the basement again since the flood.....We got the flooring . We spend alot of the winter down by the fire so we better get started .
It is our birthday weekend, I hope to go camping but we got a wedding on Sat.......

Just update we are doing better.....We been one week without a huge fight..We are both working on our communication.
Lexie is talking alot more.......She doing great on solids....sweet potatoes are her fav but really eats anything......She now getting her hands in it now also. What a mess but I am loving the time together .
Sleeping at night going okay she still awakes once or twice. We start in our crib but finish the night with Mom and Dad......I know it not the best but I love the morning time when we all three wake up together..........It was at 830 this morning ....I think we all needed to sleep in.......
We went to chicago to vist my family overnight Sat ...My nephew lives there and was graduating from college. My sister and husband was down.It was nice to see everybody...He lives right down town.....I really enjoy falling to sleep with the city noise below me ....It was really weird since I grew up a small town gal.......well i better get ready for work......I hope you all are great...........

Happy Mother's day to everybody.....Not exactly what I planned but I am looking forward too many more great ones when Lexie gets older.....Now I just sit and look at her and wonder where did this wonderful beautiful girl come from.....What did I do without her in my life.....
She just smiles and giggles at everything....She doesn't know pain or hurt......man I know I can't protect her from it but I sure hope I delay it for her........
This was my first mother day I looked forward too in 18 years....that when I lost my own mother..yes I had mother in laws 2 to be exact both wonderful but not my mom........
maybe that was the prolbem I had my hopes up too much ......It just seems Dan and I are not on the same page anymore........Hell we are reading different novels.....heck to be honest he reading the sports page only.....I do love him.....just have to find better ways to communicate
I think with Lexie and all we really need counseling ....... Just where to you find time for that too..........anyway sorry to be a drag........I hope you all had a great day and enjoy the happy smile faces of the one we love

Isn't it fun to just sit and look at them sometimes?! I'm sorry things are rough with Dan right now. You have to make time for counseling, no matter how hard it may be! I hope things get better soon.

Great to hear from you!! 8 months has absolutely flown by, hasn't it?! I was reading about something (cant' remember what now) that shouldn't be given to babies younger than 6 months, and I was telling my DH not to give it to Ben, and then I realized he's almost 8 months!! Ben's routine was ruined by a long trip we took in June, and now he's sick so that's messed him up again! I hear you about work! Good luck with your basement! Happy birthday, and happy camping!!

We did go camping, It went great. They had a heated pool so lexie floated in her yellow turtle.....She just kicked away.....We went for walk and the dog leash accidently went in front of her well she had to hold it all the way...Today we went for another walk and she reach for the leash and held it the whole way again.......Man it amazing how their brains works....She also throws a fit if she can't have her way....like a cord or the remote......She even throw herself backwards it was a good thing she was on the bed this morning.....Is it too early to throw temper tatrums..I think I should redirect but not sure what else

It is great to hear from you!!! I was wondering what you have been up to! It sounds like you guys are all doing great! Gavin does the same thing if I try to take a toy away.I cant believe our babies are getting so old!!! luv and hugs~
