I am wife of 11 years and have (technically) 5 children. The 2 oldest are my stepkids. I have a daughter with spina bifida. Her name is Lucy and she's 9. My husband and I own a little carpet shop.
Interests
I love every one of my kids. We love to hit the lake in the summer and the couch in the winter. We have problems like any other family, but I wouldn't have it any other way!!

yes, back is feeling much better...thanks...but now kidneys are acting up.....not sure if its just a kidney infection, or if its the cyst I have on my right kidney. Plus im outta work, broke, and facing eviction....im so upset with myself! :(

Close Pre-menstrual Syndrome (PMS)
I have tried talking to my dr. bout this and he seems to think its no big deal. I've almost lost my marriage over this. I KNOW this is what I've got. What can I do now?

- The pill made me even more crazy. I pictured taking a skillet and bopping my husband with it. HELP!!
Close Spina Bifida
Type: meningoceleMy daughter has spina bifida. She's 8 and her name is Lucy. The doctors said that she wouldn't be much more than a vegetable. Boy were they ever WRONG!! She has no movement in her lower extremities and has seizures and kidney problems, but when you see her smile, none of that matters

I have a 15yr old step-daughter that lives with us

- Psychotherapy Not Working
- She told the counselor anything that she thought she would want to hear
Open Back Pain
I have a child w/spina bifida that I have to carry and she's getting harder and harder to carry around

- Chiropractic Adjustment Not Working
- Caused me to have horrible headaches and migraines
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- Somedays it helps and somedays you can forget it

My step-daughter was just diagnosed with ADD.
