Well I am feeling much better today.  I have been letting my grown daughter's problems get to me, like I need that.  When she acts stupid the ones I worry about are my grandkids.  She is not always the most responsible person.  She is also very vain and will get something for herself before she'll spend it on her kids.  I always make sure they have clothes, jackets and shoes.  She came back to Wisconsin eight yrs ago after living in New Jersey for seven yrs and has never bought any of them winter coats, snowpants or boots.  She feels that is my responsibility.  If I don't get it for them, they'll go without.

I have been having a few more headaches, Wonder why?, but taking Aleve helps.  My insurance wants some of my prescriptions to change so I have to take the papers to the doc on Friday.  At least the insurance paid for everything at my dental checkup today.  I am sick of our insurance changing every 3 yrs and then you have to start all over with deductables.  A couple of times they wanted us to change drs and everyone had a fit about that.  They changed that rule in quick hurry with about 1,000 people complaining.

I go to Las Vegas on August 27th and come back September 29th.  Looking forward to my vacation from everyone here.  I stay at my brothers and rent a car.  I know my way around pretty good and will really know my way around after 4.5 wks there.  When my brother lived in Tennessee I liked to go visit because his family is laid back and they always make you feel welcome. 

Still trying to  lose weight.  I lose about 15 lbs and then seem to stop for awhile.  I weigh in every Tuesday at WWs.  I journal everything I eat, but need to exercise more.  If I get up early I can walk before it gets so hot and humid.  I have not been able to handle this humidity lately but don't have AC  because I have asthma attacks if I'm in it too long.  If I have a nice fan moving the air around me I do pretty good. 

My son and his family moved from Vegas on Monday to Lawton, Oklahoma.  It will be a nice place for them to raise Megans little boy Alex.  They got a nice 2 bdrm apt for $525 a month and that was paying extra for the dog.  Now I have a new place to visit.  I've only been to OK a couple of times.  My youngest daughters girlfriend move to a town in OK that was so small they did not have fast food but did have a Walmart Supercenter.  Go figure!

Well its time to go to my youngest grandsons bday party.  He's 5 today and will start kindergarten in the fall.  It will be hard for him because we have all day kindergarten.  That's a big adjustment from half-day preschool.  Hope everyone has a wonderful evening and MAY GOD BLESS YOU.  Love, Ramona
