I am a musician too, a singer and drummer. Just remember that there is a solution to every problem. Keep asking yourself "what's the worst that could happen?", and keep talking to yourself. Say a positive comment to every negative one that comes to your mind, even if you feel silly doing it. It works. Be patient, it took you a long time to get this way, it's going to be a journey getting back.

Do not know if I 'm having schizophrenia, but I am taking Risperidal and Fluphenazine. Since July I had some simptoms that can be in a way connected with this disease.
