About Me
I got married at 17 and have been married for 37 years. After 37 years of marriage I found out my husband was having an affair with a woman he worked with. As a religious person I did not want to beleive it but all the evidence is there. I suffer from depression and anxiety attacks. I am currently on Lexpro.
Interests
I enjoy a variety of activities such as nature walks, listening to all types of music. My favorites are Contemporary Christian and Country music. I also like swimming and water sports. I like spending time reading a good mystery or drams.

Close Physical & Emotional Abuse
I have been married to my husband for 37 years and he has always made remarks about my weight either I was too skinny or too fat. He would put me down in front of his friends. For the last seven years he won't go anywhere with me and does not want me with him. I went away for three months to stay with my brother who had to have open heart surgery. When I returned I found he had been having an affair with a woman he works with for over a year. He denies it but it has been proven.
Treatments
- Abuse Counseling Working / Worked
- I counseling for depression but he told me that it was in my head and I just had to move on past the death of my mother and sister within two months of each other.
Close Infidelity
Several months ago I began questioning my husbands lack of attention and his absence at home ninety percent of the time. What I found was another woman who he had been seeing for over a year. I would not have believed he could have ever done this to me. Now I have all the evidence and I can no longer deny it.

- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- The first meeting I was devestated and cried through the whole session. The second time the counselor actually got to do some talking. I was calmer and able to focus.
