Warm sun on my face, tempting roses from the ground, luscious colors of a sunrise, silliness, abandoned laughter, mischief, movies that move me, cats with zany personalities, long intoxicating walks in the woods, listening to the quiet, searching for treasure, capturing my untamed thoughts, blanketing myself in my writing, the written thoughts of others, lazy walks on the beach, meeting interesting people, people that aren't afraid to be themselves, historical novels, finding that rare chocolate in the box, being comfortable with myself, the power of magic, the joy of a new friend

Open Kidney Stones
First kidney stone attack when 28 years old.

- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Not Working
- cut way back on calcium but stones continue to form
- Surgery Working / Worked
- Had two lithotripsies..all stones passed both times but had to be readmitted for pain.
