I am ecstactic to announce that I am in the second trimester and everything is great!!! I had another appt today, and listened to that little baby's heart beating away. The sound was even stronger than last time and was right where it should be in beats per minute!! Also it was much higher in my abdomen where the heartbeat was heard, so my uterus is migrating like it should also!

I promised myself that if I made it into the second trimester and had a good appt, I would relax and start enjoying this pregnancy fully! While I will always be on guard, this baby deserves nothing but the benefit of the doubt!!

Thanks for all my friends who have been checking in, I will be better about checking up on you also!

We are off to camping this weekend, I am looking forward to relaxing in the beautiful outdoors, and eating many s'mores :)

Congrats!!! It's understandable to be apprehensive, but what a great thing, to hear a strong heartbeat. I am completely jealous that you are going camping I need to go camping so badly, enjoy!!! Have a s'more for me :)
