TY the drug is lyrica. pain meds give me cottonmouth so i gargle w/oasis i take levoxyl for thyroid stimulationb4 i get up so i strt w/6 oz & i always drink during exercise.& i say it's a magic bullet so is cinn my fasting today?105 2 hrs afterdinner: 116 God Bless

jody? ur an inspiration & i gotta lose weight b4 10/05 as i have bloodworki then. Im trying 15 minutes on an elliptical machine b4 i eat or drink anything? can that cause any bennies? probs? i take lyrice 1/3 of what dr ordered as it helps u gain weight so i eat 1 tab b4 bed sry to ramble God Bless

It's good to see you aren't going to let his guilt run you down. You have been so wonderful seeing him as much as you do. I wish I could see my guy that much, but now, I am rethinking that since you said he got used to it, and expects it. I do not have the means for that priviledge. I admire strong women like you! Thanks for your post.

Thank you so much. It was good to hear from you and I am glad to be friends with you, thank you. I really appreciated the advice you and my other friend gave to me. I have been thinking about what both of you said and it is really helpful. I am actually going to cut and paste so I remember what you and she said to remember what to do. It is hard for me and I need to know what to do which both of you helped me with. I hope you will have a good night and thank you for your friendship.
