  hi there...i just wanted to let you know you are not alone. i am going through a similiar thing and feel so scared soemtimes. i feel like i know the answer is to allow myself to eat enough balanced foods, but i still tend to restrict, which i KNOW leads to the out of control eating.... it is so hard i know, but please hang in there, try to give yourself enough at regular intervals, and be patient with yourself. please let me know if i can do anything to help!

  I think you should just tell your mom. I know it will be hard, but you don't have to tell her everything, just start small and then get the help and then they can help you tell all of it.. HOpe everything works out.
