    About Me

    I am very thin from much exercise (i run cross country) and occasional bouts of restrictive eating. i also don't gain much weight very quickly from my binge eating... i think its genes as my whole family is very thin. i used to eat very healthy and got waaay too skinny as a result, so i started eating more to gain weight and then it became an obsession. i hate my binges but excuse them in my mind because i am not overweight (im underweight... 115 lbs and 5'8") but i'm ruining my health!

      hi there...i just wanted to let you know you are not alone. i am going through a similiar thing and feel so scared soemtimes. i feel like i know the answer is to allow myself to eat enough balanced foods, but i still tend to restrict, which i KNOW leads to the out of control eating.... it is so hard i know, but please hang in there, try to give yourself enough at regular intervals, and be patient with yourself. please let me know if i can do anything to help!

      Treatments

      Running Somewhat Helpful
      occassionally helps me stop a binge but sometimes i think it makes me binge because 1. makes me hungry and 2. keeps me thin so binges dont seem as bad... even though they are.

      ahhh! anxious all the time and occasionally have anxiety attacks. always worry something will go wrong.
