      I guess I've had anxiety for a few years now...it gets worse when I have a big change or a bad situation.

      Treatments

      Zoloft Working / Worked
      I've taken it for several years...I recently switched down to a fewer milligrams, mostly it works.

    • Close Panic Attacks

      Mostly my Zoloft keeps me from having panic attacks, unless I am going through an especially stressful period in my life. Then I have them, and it's scary.

      Xanax Somewhat Helpful
      I took it for a couple of years. But I was taking it even when I didn't need it, because I liked the relaxing feeling so much. So I quit.
      Zoloft Working / Worked
      Been on a lower dosage lately, but I've been on it for four years now.
