Close Autism / Autism Spectrum
Hello. My husband and I are the parents of 2 wonderful boys. Our 7yr old has recovered from Autism and our 5yr old is quite a bit further down on the spectrum. He is developmentally ayr old.
Treatments
- ABA Working / Worked
- he receives it at school and will be receiving much more over the summer
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- He is on a casein/gluten free diet.
- Behavior Management Working / Worked
- we use picture cards and social stories
- Early Intervention Working / Worked
- he has been in EI since he was 15 months old
- Occupational Therapy Working / Worked
- private and school based therapy
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- trampoline. Anything that uses up energy
- Picture / Word Schedules Working / Worked
- works very well, we find we need it less and less
