About Me
I am 40. have had anxiety issues for nearly 4 yrs now. Just started out of the blue, no special triggers that we've ever discovered. I became mediphobic now taking lexapro and xanax. Get a little scary wondering if and when I'll ever be normal and drug free. I have a mild case of ocd as well. As well, I am learning to be patient as slow overly detailed people get under my skin quickly. but, I really do LOVE all people.

Close Anxiety
I am 40 yrs old, have had anxiety problems for the past almost 4 years. I am a very very nervous person, and I need support from others in the same boat. I am terrified of prescribed meds and i've tried to stay away from them since my anxiety first started with an Emergency Room Panic Attack in Aug of 2003.

started having migrane auras the other day at work. being someone with panic attacks, it scared me. guess this is what it is. I am not totally convinced. Bright sort of colorless light running through my feild of vision, cannot focus in on any letters or the computer because then all I will see is a blank spot. eventually works it's way across my entire feild of vision. starts in my far left periphiel vision area, then eventually makes it to my entire feild of vision eyes open or closed.
