I walked to Rx Opical today.When I got done with eye exam I walked home.I got home and had a few messages on my answering machine.I tried calling one of the people back but I had no service and my t.v and internet were also out.So I went over to the neighbors and called Charter.They came an hour later and hooked me back up with no charge.
