      Stage: Advanced

      Dad remarried only 30 days following my Mother's death. The Family Trust was revoked 45 days after the marriage, giving her & her adult son complete control over Dad's health care, finances & home. I was no longer allowed to see him. The new wife left with Dad's assets 3 years later. He called me for help. I had to get him divorced & was then forced to file for conservatorship in CA after Dad signed another POA giving the caretaker I had hired his estate I had just got released by the court.
