ET Yesterday

Retrieval went well on Sunday. My DH was great. With all of the ovary activity only 8 mature eggs again. I was a little disapointed when the Dr shared that. I know she had been counting more folicles than that at the U/S. Oh well, got the call from the IVF clinic this morning and it looks like 7 of the 8 have fertilized. We don't do ICIS, my DH's guys have to fertilize the eggs on their own, and they do well. The Re cautioned me that one of the 7 fertilized looks to be a bit slower than the others, the other 6 are 100%. Seeing as my Dr. will only transfer 2, all I need are two stars, and the other 4 or 5 to just be OK.
Transfer is tenatively wednesday, heres to hoping for 2 stars to shine above the rest. Thanks for the support ladies, babydust to us all.

If the others embryos make the blastocyst stage then the Dr. will freeze them, if not then the embryo's are deemed unsuitable to freeze. Last time none made it to blastocyst stage so we didn't have any to freeze.
