Hi Friends,
I had a nice evening out last night. It was cruise night in downtown Kitchener, antique cars parade around a few blocks and then they park, the streets are closed off and you can walk around and view the cars. There are hundreds of them and they are so nice. I like the ones from ther 30's and 40's. The church I attend, The Gathering Place, held an open stage in one of the coffee shops downtown. The full band from church was there and a few guest singers and players. Thers was a variety of music, gospel, rock & roll, alot of music from the 60's and 70's. It was nice to get out of the apartment and I really enjoyed myself.
By the time I got home my feet were huge, I looked like I had sprained my ankles. It's a little uncomfortable, but mostly they just feel heavy. I had sandles on and the swelling was puffed out around the straps.
I'm achy today, and my feet are still swollen, I'll have to try and keep them up today. My headache is a bit worse today, probably from the music last night.
Well I must go put some coffee on. I have a couple of friends dropping by. Hugs
