I'm 45 years old, have been in a relationship for 20 years. Two kids, house, cottage, ski club, holidays. I thought we had a good life, not perfect but good. Then one day my wife figures out that she's unhappy and owes it to her self to find happiness, and that our marriage lacked the passion she needed. I'm over being devastated now, I was for a while. Now I just want to move on with my life.
Treatments
- Couples Counseling Not Working
- It never got any better. My wife became depressed and she found the only thing she could to was leave.
- Family Therapy Working / Worked
- We started using family therapy to sort out some issues with our kids. After the kids said they had had enough we kept going. The rest is history.
