Unfrickin believable, I cleaned and cleaned and can't get rid of the smell or the brown ceilings or smell in 3 bedrooms. I am pissed. They are going to pay. I will find their forwarding address and file a claim against them. That is ridiculous! I feel so taken advantage of. We hauled a trailer full of their trash away today. I took before pictures and after, so screw them!!!!

You can have court papers served to them at work. Have you looked under or behind the drywall to see if there is mold or some other culprit? If there is no apparent reason, try getting some kilz primer and paint over everything in those rooms and then go back over it with your paint color. The kilz will block the odor and the stains. It is a great primer that eliminates many offenses you couldn't get rid of short of tearing down the drywall and replacing it! WE remodeled an older home a few years ago and are still fininshing up the finish work now. So if you need any tips, advice, etc, we probably know about evertyhing there is to know about rennovating, house maintenance, etc. We are back from N.H. and Canada. We leave around the 19th or 20th to go back for several weeks. If you want to talk this week, give me a call, otherwise I will catch up with you in August when we get back. Hugs, Fern
