    I am a work at home mom. I am married to a wonderful man. I have one son and am trying to have one more before my hysterectomy.

    Interests

    I love to quilt and craft. I was majoring in Choral Education before I had to quit due to endo. But still sing every chance I get. I play the piano, violin, viola (all a little) and I mess around on the guitar.

      I have had a diagnosis of endo for the last 11 years. I feel like I had it much earlier. I am 35 and I think I have suffered since I was a teenager. I have one son and am trying for one more. I have had 4 surgerys and been through multiple therapys.

      Treatments

      Lupron Working / Worked
      The monthly injections worked better than the one that lasted for 3 months. I suffered from depression as a result.
      Surgery Working / Worked
      Everytime I have had a surgery I have felt better than when I went in. It also keeps me feeling good for between 6 months to 1 1/2 years.
      Oral Contraceptives Working / Worked
      After surgery b.c.helped a lot. Get on the right one. Most insurance companies use the cheapest. My doctor's office fought for one that was strong and it really helped.
