I continue to workout pretty hard since the semester finished up. I have a nice routine and enjoy doing it once I find the motivation. It usually takes about two hrs to get going though. I can see some changes to my body but the scale must be stuck (LoL) because I haven't seen it move since the first week. I am also going to start finishing up my research paper I have been working on so I can submit it for publication. Again it is easy to do just hard to get going sometimes. Hopefully the wife and I can go out tomorrow, I would love to see Knocked Up and than do a little dinner.
