  Hi DawnM,, I do not use the ring ,, i use vigifem 25mg estradiol vagina tables for dryness of vagina ,,,working very well ,, you can get the same into cream but i found cream makes a mess in your undies ,, this tables dont ,, you only insert it twice a week,,, this tables only goes to the tissue of your vagina and doesnt go in your blood witch is very safe ,, even woman with breast cancer can use this ,, you know that dryness of vagina is cause by tinning of your cervics and the linning of your vagina wall .. very painfull ,,my treatment of these table started like this >>> one tables per night inserted in my vagina for 14 days,, then one table twice a week ,, no more then two per week ,, I been on them since june 2006 ,, and let me tell you it works like a marical cure to me ,,, since it only goes into your vagina tissue and not into your blood that means it wont help your off flashs,,,,but its great cause i cant take HRT ,,, i indure my hotflashs but i least i got no more vagina dryness burning itching painfull sex,,, i am free from that thank god ,, i felt i was sitting on a hot BBQ for 3 months with no releaf in site till i saw my dynogolagist,,check it out with your doctor ,you can also write it down on googles the name i gave you so you can read about it ok ,, hope this help you ,, good luck,,,, hugs hugs
