Had an arument over nothing yesterday with my best friend, I mean the only friend who has stuck by me in all this madness of the past few years.Don't wan't to grovel to him as that would not be approriate, but need to show him how sorry I am, and here comes the tough bit, again.I have said sorry someny times thet this might be the one that pops the cap in my ass(humour intended).Help,hhat can I say to someone who has put up with years of this crap??

You know that we can make amends by doing our utmost to get ourselves well.
