I am the mother of 2 boys, trying single parenting, while my husband is serving in the US Air Force, currently stationed at Osan Air Base, South Korea. Our 8 year old son was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Acid Reflux in May 2007.

Hi, and thank you. My husband and I will be married 8 years in December. He has actually been to Korea before so we are used to the whole deployment thing. He has been deployed to Kuwait twice as well. I love being a military wife. I wouldn't have it any other way. I love to go to different places and meeting new people. I am so glad I found this site. It is great talking with others who are going through the same things you do. Hope you have a great day and will talk to you later. Ang

Hi melinscs, im sorry that your son and u have this disease, i know how hard it is for a grownup but its much harder on our children,not only do i have it, but, my oldest daughter 19 was diagnosed 2 mos ago with it... bless their hearts. Our 8 year old son, Cameron, was diagnosed May 2006 with Celiac Disease and Acid Reflux.
Treatments
- Gluten Free Diet Working / Worked
- I have expanded his diet and have found many GF recipes online. This is getting much easier over time!
Close Military Families
My husband is Air Force Active Duty.
