      Thank you Snow for your concern. I think sinus infection is off now, I breathe too much now. Anyways, the doctor gave me Nasonex for 3 months. The T has been the worse I ever had and some days it won't let me sleep. I tried something different last night though. I had a cd made of sea waves. I play it every night. It woun't relax me at all. Last night I played another cd with purple noise, something very much like the sound I hear in my head. Strange, I fell asleep right away... I will try it tonight again. What I want so desperately is to get off meds... I am tired... I hope you are doing alright!!!! Mich

      Chiropractic Adjustment Not Working
      Chiropractic care is largely unethical. Not all, most. Chiro's will manipulate your spine without full knowledge of your issues. Their priority is business, not your health. If you think I'm wrong, you're kidding yourself
      Yoga Working / Worked
      I don't know that it's technically yoga, but I really appreciate Pilates as it is custom designed to strengthen our core area and just has me feel good in general.
