Okay I just had to change my little face. I rode my bike 10 miles yesterday and I am paying dearly for it today. I couldn't hardly get out of bed today. I have to get the house picked up because wyatts case manager is coming to talk to us about a summer program for Wyatt. I hurt just typing. I have tried all the normal pain relief stuff like the meds and hot shower but nothing is helping. Oh well this to shall pass. Spring is finally here and I am going to be able to get outside soon and start doing yard work. My neighbors have already mowed there lawn. I need to roll mine then I will get the mowing done. Well I hope you are all doing well. Love and hugs to us all. A
