So sorry to hear this Dian, see the neuro, get the Lumbar Puncture - if it is MS, the sooner you treat it, the better...not the end of the world, just a pain in the a**. Sorry for your son too - good to not be in a rush for surgery - get a couple of opinions if you can. Hopefully '08 is a better year for you and your family! Diane

Close Trigeminal Neuralgia
Hi all, I ended up in the ER after going to the dentist thinking I had a problem w/a tooth ~ not so. Then my doctor thought it was a sinus infection, even though I told her I was sure it wasn't. I have never had pain like this before! One moment I am fine and the next I can barely move the pain is so intense. I plan to see my doctor tomorrow and hope to get some answers and some relief. The stuff I've read on the internet is just a bit intimidating.
