So, I have big "irresponsible" news. I quit my job. I can handle a lot work-stress wise, but yesterday morning, I walked into our conference room for our firm meeting and my boss was standing in the room looking around. He had been in there this weekend, and made a mess. Apparently, I was supposed to clean up after him first thing this morning (news to me, and hello -- I'm an attorney, not a maid!). Anyway, he was pissed that it was still "messy" in there. He literally started SCREAMING and pounding his fists on the wall, table, door... anything he could hit. He actually told me I was stupid for not being able to figure out that I should clean up after him. Anyway, I called Nick and was like, I can't do this anymore, he agreed, and told me to just go in and quit. I feel so lazy and irresponsible, not having a job -- I had said I would just wait to leave there until I had another one. But man, it was so bad this AM. So anyway -- that's my news. It feels so irresponsible, but I honestly couldn't take it there another day.
