August 20th - midday - 2 days to go until we catch the flight to Scotland. Not looking forward to the flight - but it has to be done so I can see my Mum and sister and brother too. She (Mum) is settling in to her new life in the nursing home - making friends and joking with the staff - so sounds like it is all going well - will see for myself next week!
I'm still coping quite well with the anxiety - haven't had a bad attack for several weeks now - which is good. Will see what happens with the traumas of the next couple of weeks. It will be OK (I have to keep reminding myself of this fact), and I am a bit excited - but that in itself isn't too far removed from being anxious, which I amtrying to keep in check.
Anyway, won't be on from this Friday until Sept 1st, so if I don't reply for a wee while you know why!
