Well I got the report from the state from where they went in and investigated the nursing home. All of the complaints I had they all came back as unsubstantial evedience. But I think that the nursing home changed there files because. Alot of the things they told us was totally different than what they told the state. So I dont know what to do now. I still think its was something that they did.

Try speaking to a lawyer who specializes in nursing home neglect, who could evaluate your circumstances and let you know if you have a valid case against the home, regardless of the results of the state's investigation. I was never so glad as when we found out Mom qualified for hospice and we were able to bring her home from the nursing home. She only lived four more weeks at my home, but she was happy and comfortable up until the very end, unlike at the nursing home where she was frightened and miserable the entire time. Keep after it.
