About Me
Feel betrayed, hurt, and sad. I don't want the divorce but my husband is insistant about it. I just want the divorce to be over and things get back to normal (whatever that may be).
Interests
GOD, family, animals, love summertime and going to the beach. Enjoy traveling, making new friends, watching movies and just having fun!

Close Breakups & Divorce
In Oct 06, after 14 yrs of marriage husband said he is not happy and doesn't want to do it anymore. I almost drove myself crazy trying to figure out what I had done wrong and how I could fix it. Turns out that he has been having an affair with his secretary since Nov 06. She is 15 yrs younger than me. Our children are 24 and 20 and are devastated. My husband was the most trustworthy, Christian man that I knew. He has greatly disappointed us and continues to do so.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Christian counselor once per week for several weeks. Worked. No longer see counselor.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- God first, friends & family are major supporters.
- Reading Working / Worked
- Love reading daily devotionals. One in particular, Happily Ever After by Kristin Armstrong. Awesome book! She truly understands the pain.
