About Me
I have bipolar disorder and help run several support groups for those who have the illness and their loved ones. I am a writer by background and now work in a small business where I am my own boss, albeit my own very poor boss. My moods are generally pretty mixed these days, but I am happy to be here, which is not something I can say each and every day of my life.
